Something a go go is the personal comicbook project of illustrator Andrew Barr.

The comicbook stories are heavily influenced by his love of b-movies of the fifties and sixties, as well as his love of older horror comics.

The main characters involved in these stories are Padre Hypnos and Megan Lanchestershire. Hypnos is a mysterious Mexican wrestler and freelance preist/ monster smasher. Very little is known about him but it is rumoured that he has taken up the fight against all things monster due to his parents being killed by some monsters when he was a child, these same monsters are alleged to have destroyed the orphanage he grew up in. Due to no one knowing who is under the mask these rumors can not be verified.

Megan is semi-famous being the daughter of Dr. Bernard Lanchestershire, the pre-eminant rocket scientist who on his first space voyage was turned into a giant radio active monster due to a freak accident involving radar. She also used to be a go go dancer at the popular 'Haunted House-a-go go", until fate brought her into contact with Padre Hypnos and Captain No-one (another Luchadore who also occasionally fights monsters). Now she spends her time as Hypnos' assistant in his battles against nefarious things!
